Agreement
By placing an order with Gayi Precious Picks, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to protect both the business and the customer while ensuring a transparent and fair process.
Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. Prices are inclusive of the product cost only, while shipping charges are additional and will be added at checkout. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled by the customer.
Product Information
All jewellery items sold by Gayi Precious Picks are imitation or fancy ornaments. Slight variations in colour, design, or finish may occur due to photography, lighting, or handmade detailing, and these variations are not considered defects.
Refunds & Returns
Refunds or replacements are applicable only in cases of wrong product delivery or damage during shipping, subject to submission of an unedited opening video within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery. Refunds are processed in accordance with our detailed Refund Policy. Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, dislike after purchase, or mishandling of the product.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are required to provide accurate delivery information. Gayi Precious Picks will not be held responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect details provided by the customer. An opening video is mandatory in order to raise any claim of damage or incorrect product, and without such proof, claims will not be entertained.
Liability
Once the product has been dispatched and the tracking details have been shared with the customer, Gayi Precious Picks shall not be responsible for any delays, courier-related issues, or loss beyond its control. The company’s liability ends upon successful dispatch of the product.
Governing Law
All transactions and terms are governed by the applicable laws of India.
