However, as our jewellery pieces are exclusive, limited, and delicate fashion ornaments, we maintain a strict refund and return policy to ensure fairness and transparency.

What Our Refund Policy Covers
Refunds or replacements are applicable only if the wrong product has been delivered or if the product is damaged during shipping. To initiate a claim, the customer must provide an unedited opening video that clearly shows the package being unsealed. This video must be submitted within 24 hours of product delivery. Claims without an opening video will not be accepted.
Requests for refunds or replacements must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Any requests made after this period will not be entertained. If a refund request is approved, the refund will either be a full refund (only in cases where the order is cancelled from our side or the product is unavailable) or a replacement/exchange (if the wrong or damaged product has been received).
Refunds and returns will not be applicable in cases of change of mind, dislike after purchase, normal wear and tear, misuse, mishandling, or on customised/specially made items. Additionally, shipping charges are strictly non-refundable. If a return is approved, customers must return the product in its original packaging.
